Point Loma Estate Planning, APC is a local law firm focused on estate planning, trust administration, and probate for San Diego families.

Founder Ted Cook has called Ocean Beach/Point Loma home since 1995. He began his estate planning practice with the late Tom Henry of the Law Offices of Tom Henry, later partnered with Tom to form Henry & Cook, LLP, and continued the practice after Tom's passing in 2022 — first as the Law Office of Ted Cook and now as Point Loma Estate Planning, APC. Throughout, Ted has worked one-on-one with San Diego families on the documents and decisions that protect what they've built.

Before private practice, Ted served as a U.S. Navy officer for the better part of his career — first as a Surface Warfare Officer, then as a Judge Advocate General Corps officer providing legal assistance to servicemembers and their families, and later as an attorney with the U.S. Department of the Navy's Office of General Counsel.
