Valkyrie is a yoga studio and healing center that offers daily yoga, breathwork and sound
healing. We offer a variety of yoga to suit everyone’s needs from restorative and yin yoga to
vinyasa and hatha! We also offer breathwork and sound healing everyday. Breathwork has
numerous health and wellness benefits and all you have to do is show up, get comfortable and
breathe! In this busy world it is so important to slow down and take care of our health. Valkyrie
has a number of therapists as facilitators so the offerings there are of high value and integrity.
This is the place to go to take care of your health in a long term and sustainable way! The
space is beautiful, spacious and uplifting! There are natural bamboo floors, plants and a
beautiful outdoor garden! We have all of the mats, props and blankets needed! Come in and
