I am a free and easy wanderer roaming the earth with the hope of offering a safe space for unfolding and feeling into your whole body. I feel pulses, massage bellies, insert needles, nerd out over herbs, prescribe formulas, and ultimately I hope to help to bring you home. Back to that perfect little nook in the universe known as you. An acupuncture session is spacious and in depth. Together we will investigate the roots of your branch issues and work together to reach harmony for the body, mind and spirit. Women’s health, pediatric care, and nervous system regulation are all specialties that I really enjoy exploring.
Treating the root cause of illness, I use physical symptoms as signals of unattended to, underlying imbalances within the body. This exploration of imbalance presents the opportunity to examine and work on one’s life in both the physical and emotional realms. I strive to make sure you feel heard and safe in my care.
I offer acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, bodywork, and nutritional counseling to help you feel your most vital and empowered self. I have experience treating all types of both acute and chronic pain, digestive issues, asthma, sinus infections, fatigue, insomnia, autoimmune conditions, headaches, dermatological conditions, menstrual health, and any other health concerns you may have. I am passionate about spreading the knowledge of the great efficacy of this medicine and its lesser known strengths such as treating psycho-emotional disorders like trauma, PTSD, addiction, depression, insomnia and anxiety. Whether you feel healthy and are simply in need of an energetic tune-up or are working through more serious health conditions, the wonders of Chinese Medicine are sure to energize your individual experience on this earth. May it be of benefit!
I earned my Doctorate in Acupuncture and Eastern Medicine from the Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego. Over the course of four intensive years of study, I completed over 2,000 hours of clinical training and provided acupuncture treatments to a diverse population as a student intern. Additionally, I oversaw the operations of and assisted in the Pacific College’s Herbal Pharmacy, where I developed a deep reverence and fondness for working with plant medicine. In addition to the clinical hours attained at the Pacific College clinic, I also completed an internship at the Rady’s Children's Hospital of San Diego where I treated a variety of pediatric cases in inpatient and outpatient care.
