As an actively semi-retired attorney and CA-licensed real estate broker specializing in Buyer-representation in major multi-residential or other commercial real estate transactions, HERE'S WHAT OUR CLIENTS EXPECT OF US: We locate potentially under-valued assets, typically in states other than California, using private informational sources and networking; draft comprehensive letters-of-intent to purchase (or, purchase and sale agreements); provide counsel as to reasonableness of client's financial expectations; assist in negotiation of price and terms; participate as directed in purchasing clients' "due diligence"; locate and, if requested, negotiate terms of purchase-money financing; evaluate status of any/all executory tenant leases and assist in re-negotiation where required; act as client/buyer's personal representative with physical presence at closing.
